Hampton Inn Minneapolis-Roseville

Rooms are clean, nice friendly staff. Parking is not the best. Had to park in the Denny's parking lot because of hockey season.

We stayed for a week. Room was nice, clean, quiet & comfortable. Breakfast was good with many options available. Pool & hot tub were great. I have to say the Customer Service was excellent. We had an incident where someone drove through the parking lot, hit my scooter rack busting right off the hitch. The property manager Brad took the time to go through all the camera footage & spoke to police. The maintenance guy made a few calls, wer had no luck finding the parts to repair it, I had to purchase a new one. We went to assemble it & Brad came outside with all necessary tools & spent his time (& lots of sweat) helping assemble & attaching the new rack to the vehicle. He was very apologetic about the fact that the cameras weren't helpful, even contacted the corporate office, who then comped us a night stay. As much stress as the day brought upon us I couldn't ask for better help in resolving the situation. Certainly didn't expect it. Brad & his team were amazing. If I need to be in the area again, I will definitely be staying there.

Beyond doubt our favorite hotel. We've been customers here since 2017 or 2018. Every single stay has been perfect. Staff friendly. Breakfast fantastic. Well kept, clean and comfortable. I recommend this hotel for your stays 100% Location perfect for anything around the Twin Cities. Price is reasonable for all budgets. Whether you stay a night or extended for a number of days...this is your home away from home.

Stayed here for orientation for a new job. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfect. The breakfast area is large with plenty of seating and choices for breakfast. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and the room attendant Gail was beyond courteous to my wife & our fur baby who were with me for a few days while there. Close to restaurants and a Walmart all within walking distance. I would highly recommend staying here if you need somewhere to stay.

Another pretty good hotel right next to the highway. Front desk person was pretty helpful when we checked in and asked questions about the MN state fair. Room was a good size for 2 people and included a fridge and microwave. Pool wad room and area was clean. I did have to ask for the towels to be refilled and guest keys didn't work so the front desk person had to come open it. Downsides, the USB charging ports and outlets didn't work on the nightstand. The hallways could have used a good daily vacuum. Lots of crumbs and random things on the floor. There was a safety pin there when we checked in and 2 days later when we checked out. Also, the door to the room was very stiff. So if you wanted to swing that bad boy open like tada I'm here for the day it ain't happening. You hit that tight spot and bam the door is coming back at you like not today !

Rooms are very clean. This one have a poop and a gym. Most hotels with a gym are much smaller but this one is a little bigger. A handful of equipment and weights. Including filter water. And a Landry room. Best part of breakfast its good have real food. Those cheap hotels or motels usually only have cereal and bagels. This one have hot eggs 3 styles of eggs. bread bagels waffles station couple of fruit milk almond milk juice one meat and coffee different teas also. Really good just as good as Dennys next door. There is a aldi walmart and panda express. If I had the money I will live in this hotel because of their quality and location. Even tho its not a fancy 5 star hotel it have mostly everything one needs. What I also love is the sleep quality you will have its quiet unless your in a day of sport event or loud mating happening next door. Lol. Had a great stay.

Breakfast was awesome the staff wer friendly and courteous. The room was nice and beds comfortable. Had a 55" UHD TV. Couldnt have asked for more. I highly recommend it

This might be the best Hampton Inn we’ve ever stayed at, and we are diamond members that have stayed at least 100 properties. Everything was simply perfect, the entire 5 nights were great. Jacob at the front desk is awesome, he is always attentive and polite. The gentleman we saw every morning was always polite too and said hello and the housekeeping employees were also wonderful. The room was great, everything worked without issue. The room is updated and has a nice bathroom (no tub) and a smart tv which makes it nice. Nice desk area to work at also. The ac pumped out cold air and the whole room was just great. The hotel is clean, all the areas. The washer and dryer is $2 per load and they had 2 washers and 2 dryers, and they worked fine too. Just a pleasure to stay there if we ever returned to Minneapolis area we would definitely stay here again.
